I recently purchased a three wire cheese slicer. At first it worked great till the black plastic end piece broke, making one of the wires loose which makes that portion on the cheese slicer worthless . When it did work it was a real nice slicer, but I feel this is a manufactuer defect. As stated by a prior reviewer, we both had the same thing happen...... hummmm sounds like they need to replace mine and hers , currently I'm trying to find an address so that I may send mine back and get a replacement for the faulty cheese slicer i bought I'll let you know about the customer service when they get back to me. If I were buying a cheese slicer right now I'd have to pass on this model and company. I only had mine for two months and it broke I'd have to spend my money on a different one next time unless they replace it every time it breaks that we will wait and see if that happens. If they do replace it I'd have to give it more stars..... but currently I give it a single star due to the faulty manufacturing
