Small and sturdy, this may be the perfect colander for small families or individuals. Its 2-quart capacity is just right for two servings of pasta or for greens for a medium-size salad. The raised, flat base makes it nearly tip-proof, while the two generously sized handles ensure easy manipulation. With a pattern of tilted, oval-shaped holes, it's pretty enough to use for displaying fresh fruits or pastries. Product ReviewsThis appears to be a good colander. I bought this one to replace another brand that started to rust after having it a year. I was looking for a colander that was a little smaller then my Pfaltzgraff and I am hoping that this one will serve me as well as that one has over the years.
