Great for casseroles, cakes, breads, and cobblers, this 9-inch deep-dish pie plate is a helpful addition to any busy kitchen. Its thick tempered glass transfers heat evenly without hotspots, so double-crust pies cook thoroughly without the bottom crust burning. For exceptional versatility, the bakeware can be used in a microwave or conventional oven, as well as in the freezer for storing leftovers, but it is not designed to be used under broilers or on stovetops. The plate coordinates with many other products that have the same Essentials profile, and it cleans up easily either by hand or in the dishwasher. The pie plate measures 11-1/5 by 9-4/9 by 1-2/3 inches and carries a five-year limited warranty.
