I have about 5 pans of this model, different sizes. They work just fine in the beginning but after they are used for awhile the non stick properties just disappear and they are all just another pan. I have followed their directions, no oil, no spray, plastic spatulas. Didn't make a difference. At least they are heavy pans but now have to use the oil a lot to keep the meat or whatever from sticking to the bottom. Ohio
