Product Reviews All my cookware is Anolon Advanced and I LOVE it; I assumed this roaster would clean up just as easy, but not so! I roasted my Thanksgiving turkey in it and the pan did need to soak for a while...but it did wash up easily after the soaking. The rack, however -- cleaned up FAST! YAY! A HUGE PLUS is that the handles don't get terribly hot, but you still need oven mitts.
