The verticle roaster is great as the birfd cooks from both the inside and outside for quick cooking and healthier low-fat cooking. Roasting time is appoximately 15 minutes per pound. Easy to asseble and easy to store - the three pieces of this roaster assemble and disassemble easily. *Product Reviews* The vertical roaster is small and not appropriate for an average size chicken. You need to place the roaster in a larger pan to avoid spillage in the oven. It becomes very slippery and difficult to maneuver when removing the cooked chicken from the oven. The roaster slides around in the larger pan and it's hot from roasting. I would not recommend this item. Back To Top
