A safe, high inpact, slip resistant handle; antimicrobial and microorganism safe; high and low temperature resistant, safe to use in the freezer; meets all coding, both local and federal with the NSF approval process. The ergonomic design of the grips are for secure handling. Perfect for hobby and professional cooking. Handles are available in white or black.

Product Reviews
We have two Chef's knives (ProSafe SG Collection) made out of the same "stainless" steel (with the same Chromium Molybdnium Vanadium composition). After a year or so they have both become pitted with circular rust spots all over the blades. We actually paid a lot for these knives from a "specialty" store. The Company doesn't even have its own website -- just the promoters do. So much for a 10 year warranty. Stay away from them and go with a more known brand. **** Update 12/06/2007. If you do want a replacement, you have to ship it to BEGIUM prepaid!
