Product Reviews The two larger knives in this set cut so poorly that they are nearly useless. The blades of these two knives are much too wide so that they break or tear most foods especially crisp fruits or vegetables. They work a little better but still very poorly on softer foods. The paring knife cuts moderately well so I would rate it about 3 to 4 if the other knives of the set weren't so poor. Overall, don't buy this set.
