I thought it would be a quick and easy way to get a full set of functional bakeware to complete our kitchen essentials. Functional, yes. But it doesn't have much else going for it. These pans stained easily: both the 9x9 and the 6-cup muffin pan stained after just one use. The structure of the pans also created crevices in the corners that were impossible to clean. For instance, I got rid of the loaf pan because I baked one loaf of bread in it, and the crevices retained doughy gunk that I couldn't get out, even scraping at the crevice with my narrow fingernail! The gunk was off-putting, and I went to the store the next day to get a pan with smooth, rounded corners. Perhaps I care too much about the aesthetics of my kitchenware, but I'm rather turned off by kitchenware that ages quickly. I also prefer that my bakeware come clean easily on the first wash.
