Product Reviews My husband & I are not professional cooks, just enjoy cooking together in the kitchen. I had been using a huge baking dish for roasting meats & poultry. The handles are WONDERFUL!! both on the rack & on the pan itself. Easy to use, easy to manuver, and cleans up GREAT in the dishwasher (I was a bit apprehensive at first). So glad I sprang for the extra $$ for this pan as opposed to the smaller one that was non-stick. Larger and like handles on both rack & pan while the non-stick is not an issue as long as I spray with Pam before use.
