Product Description
Cakes, cookies, muffins, and other hot dishes cool quickly and evenly with this Chicago Metallic cooling grid. After cooking, transfer baked delicacies to this cooling rack, which is raised to promote air circulation and prevent sogginess as well as encourage fast cooling. The 16.75-by-12-inch rack fits a standard cookie/jelly roll pan and is large enough to hold several batches of cookies or a quarter sheet cake. The sturdy rack is chrome-plated, and, best of all, it's dishwasher-safe.

This quality non-stick cooling rack has tightly-spaced grids and footed construction for steady support. Use the rack for cooling cakes, cookies, muffins, and hot dishes. Product Reviews
Lightweight but sturdy with typically robust Chicago Metallic quality. The legs are adequate, the grid's about 3/8". I expect a lifetime of service from this product. I have yet to purchase any Chicago Metallic product that I have not been 100% satisfied with.
