The pan measures 10-1/4 by 7-1/4 inches and 3/4 inch deep--just right for single-serving sizes. It is durably constructed of aluminized steel for the long-lasting usage that professional cooks love and has a nonstick surface for the quick cleanup that home cooks need. Product Reviews
This pan is 9 1/2" by 6 1/4 inches, or 24 x 16 x 2 cm. Consider these dimensions carefully, as for larger Toaster Ovens you may be able to have two side by side. The pan itself is very sturdy, with a blue green nonstick surface on it. The rack is sort of a "beefed up" version of a cake cooling rack sized to fit the pan. It is dish water safe. The rack is manufactured in China. The upper temperature limit is 550 degrees F or 290 C. Plan on using only wood, nylon, rubber or plastic tools, as the non stick surface can scratch.. This product is made by Chicago Metallic, 120 Lakeview Pkwy., Vernon Hills, Illinois.
