At this size, it's a good thing it's so sturdy. My boyfriend and I make pizza every Sunday for his family and we started out with one of these pans and liked it enough that we got a second one so we can make two types of pizza and have leftovers. I'm a little worried about damaging the nonstick finish when cutting the pizza. We got a special pizza cutter but still...if you're going to grease your pan and throw a little cornmeal in it, do you really need the nonstick surface? It does cook evenly, however, we couldn't keep from overcooking the bottom of the crust until we started using a pizza stone under this pan and preheating the oven for at least an hour, then it was perfect!
