A dozen muffins bake in this pan at 25 degrees lower than recipes call for and finish about 10 minutes quicker, thanks to the pan's heavyweight-steel construction and dark color that ensure even heat distribution. The pan measures 16 by 11 inches, and muffins are 2-3/4 by 1-1/4 inches, just right for children's breakfasts or school lunches. Because the nonstick coating covers the entire pan, not just the cooking area, cleanup requires no more than a quick scrub in soapy water. But it's dishwasher-safe, too. --Fred Brack

I love this muffin pan. I have used others that rusted in a short time. This pan is not too dark or too light, so you get perfectly even browning. It is heavy duty instead of thin. The dark pans will brown things too fast, sometimes almost burning them. Shiny pans hardly brown at all. This is the best muffin pan I've ever used and I have been baking muffins for years. I highly recommend this muffin pan. It will be the last one you ever buy.
