This is a lightweight version of a butcher's traditional implement and thus easier for the untrained to use precisely. This 6-inch cleaver is designed to be lighter than traditional meat cleavers, giving the cook more control over the blade with less fatigue. The cleaver is perfect for jointing poultry or breaking down large cuts of meat, and the blade is sturdy enough to cut through small bones with ease.
