Each of the four clear acrylic coaster s/index.html">coaster s in this set displays a different Eames chair in black: the 1948 LaChaise, the 1951 Wire Side Chair, the 1956 Lounge Chair and Ottoman, and the 1946 Molded Plywood Chair with Metal Legs. The durable coaster s/index.html">coaster s have the look of glass, but won't break or crack and include rubber feet to protect surfaces.

these acrylic coasters have cool silhouettes of eames designed chairs. They have small rubber balls on the bottom side in each corner to protect your furniture. The problems are 1) they get messy quickly--water residue looks horrible when it dries on there, and 2) if you've got a cold beverage on them, there will be condensation, and if the bottom of your glass is at all concave or recessed, the coasters will cling to the bottom of your glass EVERY TIME you lift it up to take a drink! it gets pretty annoying. A solution could be to drill a small hole through it, but i don't think that would look very attractive. anyways, they look cool, but if you're drinking something cold in a glass that will form condensation, prepare for the coasters to be magically levitating beneath your glass.
