I've tried hamburgers, chicken, fajitas and they all came out really well. I'm looking foward to trying paninis next. The only problem is cleaning the unit. It takes longer to clean than to cook most items. I have figured out that if you spray water on the plates once it has cooled it cleans much easier but you still have to methodically clean each groove in the grill and then when you clean down the drip trough you have to reclean the grooves. I'm considering changing over to the new George Foreman grill just to be able to remove the plates and put them in the dishwasher.
