The pressure adjusts just right for sandwiches, hamburgers,and steaks and the temperature controls work fine. Everything I cook on it tastes terrific and is cooked evenly But I have had it for two years and still can't find an easy way to clean it. Grease gets stuck between the high contoured grill rows and, even when it is warm, is hard to reach. I've tried using the cleaning tool, flushing it with soapy water (kid of messy but works eventually), using a stiff brush and just using paper towels. I'm changing my Uno Panini for a low-tech Foreman with removeable, washable plates.
